The NSU Student Chapter of SHRM | | | The Chapter at Nova Southeastern University consists of several student members who zealously volunteer each semester to promote connectivity between the HR field and the NSU community. | | | | The Chapter is advised by Dr. Jean McAtavey, Graduate Professor at the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship. The Chapter receives local sponsorship from the Human Resource Association of Broward County (HRABC), administered through the Chapter's working relationship with Mr. Ron Moffett, HRABC College Relations Director. | | | Together, these individuals arrange professional HR speakers and events, solicit organization membership, and are responsible for setting goals each semester to ensuring that NSU students and the community have opportunities to acquire valuable knowledge and experience in the HR field.
